How can I book?
For the group walks organised by Visit Mechelen, choose a walk from the list below and click on book. You can complete your reservation via the webshop, after which you will immediately receive a confirmation. For some walks, you will first need to fill out an application form; after checking availability, you will receive a confirmation.
For partner activities, book directly through their website, according to their terms.

What is the price of a tour?
A 1 to 2-hour guided tour costs €110 per guide. A 3-hour tour costs €150 per guide. A one-time administrative fee of €3 will be charged per booking.
A maximum of 25 people per guide applies. If your group is larger, it will be split up and we will book an extra guide.Payment must be made no later than 7 days before the visit. After receiving the payment, we will provide you with the necessary vouchers, which you present at the start of the tour.

Are the buildings to be visited wheelchair friendly?
All buildings, except the St Rumbold's Tower, Town Hall and the Carillon School, are wheelchair accessible. But it’s always best to inform us in advance via groepen@mechelen.be if you book a visit to Mechelen.

How far in advance should I book?
Your request must be received by Visit Mechelen at least 14 days before the day of the visit. For requests from 13 to 7 days before the visit, we can only offer you the ‘Burgundian City Walk’ or ‘Historical City Walk in Group’ with a Dutch-speaking guide, depending on the availability of the guides. After booking, you will receive a ‘confirmation of service’. Only then will your reservation be final.
