Royal Manufacturers De Wit 

The Royal Manufacturers De Wit is world famous for restoring valuable tapestries by hand. Thanks partly to its ingenious, patented cleaning system, De Wit has clients in every corner of the globe. De Wit also has a prestigious collection of antique and modern tapestries. It is possible to visit the Royal Manufacturers at fixed times.

On Saturdays there is a guided tour for individual visitors. Places cannot be reserved.


Museum visit for groups 

Groups can visit De Wit Manufacturers with a qualified guide specialised in tapestries. You will be introduced to the fascinating world of the art of weaving: its history, techniques, weaving demonstration, conservation process ... You will also be shown around the historical building and garden. At specific times, when the conservation team is not at work, your tour will include a visit to the workshop.

Accessibility 

The building is not accessible for wheelchair users. The inner garden with rounded cobblestones is partially accessible.
